Q&A
When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP on our website no later than September 20, 2024. To ensure accurate guest numbers for our vendors, we will be unable to accept late RSVPs.
What if I can’t make it to the wedding?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Can I bring a date or guest?
As much as we would love to accommodate all our guests with a plus one, we have limited capacity at our venue and have had to make some difficult decisions. If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
What time should I arrive?
Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, but please feel free to arrive starting at 4:00pm to take in the beautiful venue!
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes! There is a large complimentary parking lot when you arrive located across from The Bond.
Is there a hotel room block available for your guests?
We have reserved a block of rooms at The Yorktowne Hotel for the night of our wedding, October 26th. It is centrally located in downtown York and is within walking distance (2 blocks) from our venue. The rate is $179 per night. Book your room now!
Will transportation be provided to the venue?
No, there will not be transportation provided to the venue. The Yorktowne Hotel is 2 blocks from our venue making it within walking distance. We ask that you please plan accordingly and be safe in your decisions. We are considering providing an Uber voucher afterwards if you choose to partake in libations.
Are children welcome?
We are unfortunately unable to extend the invitation to children. We hope you understand and can still join us for a special night!
Will there be a bar?
Absolutely! We will be providing an open bar with beer, wine, select spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings during the cocktail hour and reception. Please drink responsibly!

We will be having a buffet that features the following options:
